Grand Haven like usual and West Ottawa and they both are very good with their bridges. I don't recall their placing though. I'll get back to ya on that.

got back from states and the bridge broke a little soon and had an eff. of 1240 and got 4th place. It was sooo humid and i think most bridges weighed a little more than usual.

finished my state bridge for saturday and it weighs 9.4grams and was pretested to hold all the weight. too late to make it lighter. Hoping for a medal w/ about a 1600 eff.

how is everyone else's mission box? we r within 1 sec. now and we just finish our bridge. Ready for some medals!!!

my hurt experiences are getting hit in the face with the arm of a trebuchet, mouse trap on finger, and my friend cut his hand open with an knife while working on mission possible that required stitches.

we have a 5oo gram mass press down on a 1ml syring that is filled with water and pushes up a 3ml syringe that activates a mouse trap. it works really fast and have had no problems with it. we tried to use a 100 ml syringe and it took to much initial force to start it moving and makes the time vary. ...

i know this has been mentioned but what do people believe on testing your competition bridge before competiton? does it stress the bridge which could weaken it? or is this just a common superstition
