Well...I think Lincoln has the lowest unemployment rate of any US city that qualifies, but not sure. Also not sure what that has to do with science, but it does have something to do with the location.

How do people feel about green generation and dynamic planet being in the same time slots? Usually people I know will do DP and water quality or the ecology-like event (GG this year) together, so I thought it was interesting that they put it together like that.
