What's in the coaches manual? The best (most accurate) way to do it is by using fractions. Measure the distance (x) from one 2.5' (150") tick mark to another, then measure the distance (y) from the closest tick mark to your point. Now you know your point isfrom the tick mark. Do the addition and you're set. It shouldn't take more than 1-2 minutes to get both coordinates if you practice it.
