Has anyone (grads, probably) done this event before?
I've already purchased the Sibley guide to trees, since IMO it is the superior tree guide on the market. There is a much smaller range of guides for trees than there is for birds.

Why not? Plants and plant physiology are a vert important of biology. I'm not looking forward to the ID part as much, but it's the same thing as birds or fossils.

Although Water Quality may include a bit of water-creature information, I don't think it would be enough to make up for the major void that would exist with no remaining zoological events.
