what motor and motor battery should i use for maximum power

Depends on how you design your buggy I believe there is some good discussion and examples of motors in last years thread

It depends on your gearing really.
You could get the fastest possible motor but if you gear it wrong it would mean nothing.
I used sommat along these lines

Dude some things you are going to have to figure out on your own. The point of Build events is to learn about how any why things do what they do asking us every little thing that you need to build your buggy is not going to help.
1.Because all of the things you have asked are variable from buggy to buggy
2. It is more beneficial for you to try different combinations
