Indiana chose not to run Sumo, but they are using Robot Ramble instead: https://www.indianascienceolympiad.org/ ... ?newsID=29

Re: Robot Arm B/C [Trial]
I personally think we should try to find crystals with other frequencies - do you guys know the cheapest place to buy crystals?

Re: Robot Arm B/C [Trial]
How do states get neat trial events like this?? (Robot arm looks awesome) I ask because my state (Alabama) never seems to get any . . .

Re: Robot Arm B/C [Trial]
Most times I think they just decide to run it based off if they have a proctor willing to do it and if they want to run extra events*

Re: Robot Arm B/C [Trial]
I believe that state directors are sometimes asked to run specific trial events by nationals, when national is considering adoption. I also believe that sometimes it works the other way - states propose an event and are asked to demonstrate its feasibility by running it as a trial.robotman09 wrote:Most times I think they just decide to run it based off if they have a proctor willing to do it and if they want to run extra events*
