Does any one know how specific the questions will be (on a state test ) for semi-permanent pressure cells?

tat will depend on the person making the test but it will probably be as specific as the questions on the test i gave u

What exactly is a semi permanent pressure cell?

Well, you know how the Earth receives heat unevenly from the sun? Semi permanent pressure cells sort of work sort of like air pressure (regions of high pressure going to regions of low pressure) + they try to even the amount of heat throughout the globe which the sun distributes unevenly. The permanent pressure cells also triggers winds, such as the westerlies. yeah..... I'm not making any sense. I would suggest that you search on google.

3 years ago, 2006, was Climate. 07 was Everyday Weather, and last year was severe storms

Yes, well a little diffrerent rules. It was a lot less focused on climate change, while now the event should rly be called climate change Well maybe taht's an exaggeration but it's close lol
