I think it might be a bit early to tell. that's my opinion
Nerds rule. Nerds are awesome. Nerds will someday (soon) rule the world. And you know it.

2010. Be prepared. If not, you f(l)ail!

I can already predict who's going from PA. National teams for this year: Shady Side and Bala Cynwyd or Strath Haven. There's almost no possibility of any other team going.

Beckandorf is most likely going from Texas. They swept the medals at the Cy-Falls tournament.
WCJH is pretty motivated this year, but there are definitely schools than us. We just need to practice more, and we might get to Nats (big if, though we are hoping...)

Definitely Centerville. Solon and Mentor are up for grabs... LASA will definitely be for TX. Don't know whether Kingwood or Cypress Falls will be going. For TN, it seems its up for grabs as well. Oak Ridge is a contender but it isn't certain that they will get in... For PA, Penncrest and Harriton for sure... since Sewickely isn't in competition anymore (confirmation?) Bala Cynwyd most definitely, but the runner up will be up for grabs... Just my opinion.

I wouldn't say that, Bayard Rustin was only 13 points behind in 3rd last year, so it's a good possibility that they pull ahead. And Conestoga's not going to be bad either. They may be favorites, but they're not shoo-ins.

In my opinion, you shouldn't make these kind of predictions, or at least wait until later in the year. You never know, a school that hasn't done very well at all in previous years could suddenly gain a lot of good people and do very well. ;) Or it could be the opposite; a good school could loose a lot of people and become much weaker.

You have a point, but some things are virtually certain: Fayetteville-Manlius will almost certainly be going from NY this year, just like every year for the past who-knows-how-long. Who else from NY will go is far from clear, but FM will be one of the two teams, pretty much definitely.

True, but if last year is anything to go by, it's going to be SS, BC, and Haven (not neccessarily that order) a huge gap, then everyone else. And if someone does upset them, I can already tell you it's not going to be Hershey. We lost all the awesome people and now we're just...bleh.
