Bala Cynwyd Middle School is among the most competitive schools in Pennsylvania B division. It is located in the southeastern region of Pennsylvania, and travels to Solon, Ohio to compete in the Solon Invitational every year. The current coaches include, but are not limited to, Jason Cook, Dave Granger, Scott Leggett, Kim Rycyzyn, and Anne Brletich. Past coaches also include Mr. Bachman, Ms. Gelman, Mrs. Nestor, and others. Bala Cynwyd has advanced to nationals four times, including the year 2008 placing 11th and the year of 2010. In 2002, Bala Cynwyd placed 4th in nationals.
