(personally i think it will just slow it down and add more weight)

what was the braking system? I'm just curious as to how it could have been a violation... so it was a simple anchor-like design. as the mousetrap bar goes down, the hammer/anchor goes down and stops the vehicle... but i feel so stupid, i dont see how i missed the rule stating "no part of mtv m...
