Well, I almost missed nationals last year...If anyone remembers that salmonella outbreak last year, I got it...I was soo sick that I could barely even get out of bed the day before competition and the day after competition. I almost caused Troy not to win first last year.

im not from ca, but what about ca? Well, I can't speak for norcal, but Troy dominates socal Div C, though not for a lack of talent elsewhere. A couple of the other teams do have the potential for doing well at nationals (North Hollywood especially), but no team from Troy wants to be the team that b...

Actually, the reason that Troy got 16th was that the builder had forgotten to double check the height of his bridge and it was less than a mm too high.

Well, last year's nat's test was actually a lot of finding yourself on a map, and not so much on the images themselves. I'd say it depends on who writes your test and their background.
