I need help making my car going the distance... I've read the wiki and so I've changed the lever arm's sizes. I made it lighter. What else can I try?

Should it just look like a small tower on the back of the vehicle? Should the vehicle itself look more like an airplane or a levitating car?

Also, what's a chassis tower? I know what a chassis is but the wiki doesn't explain the chassis tower very well. Pictures would be helpful.

Firstly, is this a trial event at nationals? And where could I find pictures of a maglev vehicle?

EDIT: Also, where would the propeller(s) go?
