Oh, what i was saying was that mine landed with a significant number of winds left....
also, is there a proper way to tie the knot in the rubber?

Re: Rubber
How many winds, realistically, should our models be landing with?
I read that most wright stuff models use up all their winds before touching the ground...
is this realistic for helicopters?

Re: Rubber
i found that my rubber often bunches up in certain areas and causes the whole helicopter to just stop, even when there are still many winds left. is this a common problem? are there specific ways to prevent this?.... it may be important to note that i have not been able to get my hands on the compet...

Re: Rotors
i saw that many helicopters had the two rotors closer together, including the parlor copter kit.
is this a better design than spacing them out?
i built some both ways, and the ones with the rotors further apart seemed less wobbly. that may just have
been due to craftsmanship issues though...

Re: Rotors
my rotors definitely aren't balanced perfectly, but i don't know how to go about fixing this. Do i add weight to the other side? also, i bent my own thrust bearing out of .015 music wire. not only does it bend a little when the rubber is attached but also, i couldn't get the top part (the side that ...

Re: Rotors
My helicopter seems a bit wobbly, and i'm not quite sure what is causing this.
i'm guessing its because my rotors aren't exactly in a straight line, but i also noticed
that my thrust bearing bends when the rubber is attached...
is there any way to fix the problem?
thanks
