Me and my partner are kind of confused on the whole viscocity tester thing. We've made one and get that you have to make a standard curve graph, but how exactly do you time the liquid? Is break flow time the time it takes for the liquid to completely drain out of the tester or what? Plus, is there a...

Actually, California Trail won B Division. St. Thomas got second but they're still going to nationals.
