Eaststroudsburg, I didn't think of it that way. I suppose it's a good point. I do think that they could have spread it over a couple years, though, but it is a good chance to study multiple events at the same time... I'll probably be doing that, as my signature suggests. :D

I think the way they did the events is kinda strange this year: we've got water quality dynamic planet, which emphasizes freshwater this year and remote sensing, which emphasizes human impact on the hydrosphere 20 of 23 events have to do with water. which doesn't sound like much, but really... I don...

Bringing it back to the original topic, for New Mexico state competition we usually get a report like the one that was released after nationals - the placing and points accrued toward team total for said placing. This year, we only got placing. I suppose we could hand-calculate it... but that takes ...

Technically not true - second in sumo, WIDI, dynamic and third in remote sensing at state, second in dynamic and first in astro at regionals.
