When are the tentative rules slated to come out? Isn't it usually in like mid june, early july?
Also the next time the Committees that write the rules meet is at Nationals right?

Just out of curiosity when was this posted/updated? http://marylandscienceolympiad.org/page2013SeasonInformation/2013_14%20Charts%20Combinedv5_15.pdf I'm assuming the Summer Institute one is more recent since it has the change from Thermodynamics to Complex/Simple Machines. Is Complex Machines a bra...

Re: Elastic Launched Glider C
West-Lake won ELG, I don't know their official scores but I timed one of their practice runs which was in the range of 37 secs (well I think it was them at least...unless multiple teams had 30+ flights, in which case I may be mistaken)

Re: Astronomy C
Unfortunately the test exchange is still down and I don't recall any National tests on there from the past few years being posted. Do you think it's likely that the state test will have it?

Re: Astronomy C
Just out of curiosity, I know the rules mention "DS9 Imaging Analysis Software," has anyone actually had to use it for a test? Or maybe even know how to use it? Also when it says "light curves, motions, ...etc" What does it mean by motions? Like planetary motions? One last thing ...

Re: Elastic Launched Glider C
We used thinned (50%) Ambroid cement with no problems. I'm interested in diluting Duco, is there a specific way to go about it? Do it by mass or volume? Do you put it in a air-tight bottle so you can use it many times? Also do you use the double glued joint method? Sorry for so asking so many quest...
