OH!!! So what kinds of hooks would they be? Pictures would be awesome. Also, our lever doesn't seem to work, we use the right equation, but when we hang them directly (and then connect the two levers together with a string), our ratios are always off for some reason.

Ok so I made a lever like the diagrams and pictures shown in the previous posts. However, when I attach the string, how am I supposed to attach the second mass to the class 2 lever? If the string is connecting and blocking the two levers together, then I don't know how I could attach a mass to it.

Did anybody start launching yet? What kind of times are you getting? I honestly don't think anyone has tested yet, and if they have it's most likely a crude prototype (i.e. not something they would bring to a competition).
