Well, among common metals you have things like iron and aluminum, which have respective densities of 7.87 g/ml and 2.7 g/ml, so I think so far randomly guessing is our best strategy for this. I agree...the only metals they really give you at competition are Fe, Al, and Cu. Three out of four competi...
