For energy transfer sequences, would a ball rolling over a switch count as Mechanical to Electrical? I know it's not quite an energy transfer, but does that count?

4.b states "An ETS can receive points only if: 1) it is initiated by the process of a golf ball moving into the scoring jug (cannot be counted as an energy form)"
Does that mean the golf ball's movement cannot be counted as an energy form (mechanical energy)?

When Rule 4.b. says that an ETS can only receive points if it is initiated by the process of a golf ball moving into a scoring jug, does this mean the entire process, as in any point along the device, or does it mean right at the instant when the golf ball is dropping into the scoring jug?

Does anybody have any idea why Metric Mastery and Can't Judge a Powder had their "anomalies" and couldn't be counted? My school did well in both those events.
