If multiple things are going to be submitted should they be lumped together? Like something for Air Trajectory and something for robot arm?

For say, Air Trajectory an image set and build plans are requested to have an application accepted. I understand how to submit an image set of all relevant materials in my application email. Would build plans just consist on how I put together my device step by step and where I got my materials?

'Bump' I also have been wondering this as well. Perhaps the maximum voltage will be increased and more points can be scored by having a faster run and being able to predict your time. Just blind ideas though . . .
