Re: Pennsylvania 2017

Out team is dying to get the team numbers for states. Why are they taking so long release the numbers for states.
Team numbers came out Thursday night after 11PM.

Our coach told me hasn't received them yet.

Re: Pennsylvania 2017

When will team numbers for States be released? Or is it confirmed that they aren't randomizing them.

Re: Game On C

What are some other ways to get environment interactions into your game besides making a "kill zone" in your backdrop a specific color and then use the "touching color" block to make them lose the game. It seems that if I don't do this, I get a 0/2 for environment interactions. I have always got 0/...

Re: Game On C

I usually get 4 points in that section. 3 for movement complexity and 1 for sprite orientation. I use diagonal movement also so either I don't get the point from that or I lose a point because my sprite's movement apparently isn't smooth. How do you guys get your points in graphics? I always get 6/1...

Re: Pennsylvania 2017

So if the state event supervisor is in your region, will he/she be proctoring and grading tests in their event? Someone in SE probably knows the answer to this because many supervisors ar...

Re: Game On C

1. "Buttons used to access other screens/options". Do keys count as buttons? Some proctors have given me 0 points for this. 2. On the explained rubric for the "coding is efficient" section, it says "No overlapping of code". Does this mean I can't use the same scripts for different sprites or does it...

Re: Pennsylvania 2017

Stroudsburg was close for c division. Garnet replaced with central buck S and Rustin 3rd.
Would you by any chance know the medal counts for each team?

Re: Invasive Species B/C

For people who are doing Invasive Species at the Pennsylvania State Tournament, it says on the list under aquatic species: Snakehead (all species). Does this mean I have to know about each and every species of snakehead, or just be able to identify the main genus and know the rest of the general pro...
