Ok, that makes a lot more sense. I had no idea what you meant by "assume those lost to follow-up are disease free for half of the year;" apparently I didn't need that? You still have to count them toward the person-years observed. I ended up with 13717.5 person-years. Ignoring them here just doesn'...
