Would balancing the bucket even be that big of an issue? As long as you can prevent swaying of the chain/bucket, wouldn't all the force still be transferred through the chain regardless of if the sand was balanced inside the bucket? I personally have never had any issues with not having the bucket ...

Just out of curiosity, what size are the bearings? They are extremely small, perhaps 1-2cm in diameter if I had to guess. CM? That would be like 1/2" to 1" in diameter, right? I apologize I mistyped, I meant mm, not cm. My team chose to use ball bearings and we actually found them easier, but we no...
