MIT Invitationals 2017

Does anyone have the test bank for MIT Invitationals this year? It would be a great help for study purposes. If not all the tests, just Disease Detectives and Invasive Species would be fine. Thanks!!

Also how do you guys differentiate between Japanese Stiltgrass and Water Spinach. For the first practice exam under Invasive Species created by Piggy, Station 16 is identified as water spinach in the answer key but I identified it as japanese stiltgrass... Re: Anatomy & Physiology B/C

For neuroganglia in part v, do we just need to know the types of neuroganglia and what they do, or are there specific ones to know? I have parasympathetic and sympathetic ganglia right now.

Can someone clarify part V of The Nervous System (Peripheral Nervous System-neuroganglia)? Do I just need to know what a ganglion is or are there specific ones to know throughout the PNS? Also for Spinal Cord organization is it necessary to memorize all the spinal cord tracts (eg. dorsal column–medi...

Regarding index of refraction for glass, what is the method to identify the type of glass at a crime scene? Is it simply to place pieces of the glass in different liquids and see if it is clear, then use the index of refraction of the liquid to match it to the type of glass?

Re: Disease Detectives B/C

Lol I have so many questions but state is very soon. How do you guys put information about infectious diseases on your cheat sheet? I have the most common infectious diseases but I'm afraid of seeing a disease name on the test that I have never heard about. Wikipedia has a list of 216 infectious dis...

Re: Disease Detectives B/C

@people who have participated in state competition for Disease Detectives for multiple years: Have you seen questions or a table where they provide a disease name and ask what type of disease it is (bacterial, viral, fungal, etc.) and what vector causes it? I need to make space for stats tables (t-...
