I'm a little late at asking this question (our regional is 2 days away), but I noticed were allowed to bring a full binder this year to competition instead of a front and back cheat sheet?

Thanks guys, It's helpful to know that this isn't typical. My region is definitely the type to slack off. Hopefully they change up the test this year, I'd like to see some new material.

Rotation of tests?

How often are tests generally rotated at regional events? I have taken the same Road Scholar test for the past two regionals. Is this typical for a region to do, or is my region just slacking?

From Clark Middle School in Fayette, we just started up 3 years ago. Some questions about state- Does your team have to win overall at regionals to advance to state, or if you win an individual event do you qualify? We sent individuals to state for the first time last year, but I've heard the rules ...
