Essentially no matter how much I read about it, I am unable to understand how mass spectrometry works... someone help please? Also do you think we need to know all the different blotting techniques (i.e., western/northern/eastern/southern)? I think that bio-tech is definitely the most difficult part...

Has anyone actually bought the training CD's? If so, are they helpful? Do they contain information that isn't in the training handouts or in a physio textbook? Thanks.
