Re: Protein Modeling C

Are y'all bringing in 3 sheets of notes at your invitationals? We've been using only 1 sheet, but someone pointed out to me recently that the rules, similar to the Forensics rules this year, say "each participant" before mentioning the "one sheet" comment. Does anyone here know what specific criteria judges use to grade the pre-build? I.e. a rubric? I understand how they grade for basic structure stuff, but how do they designate different point values for the creative additions? Thanks...

Re: MIT Invitational 2018

I don't know which Troy it was, but the square base non-bonus Troy tower did not have that. Does anyone know if Troy A went first session or was that Troy B? Thanks!
I believe it was Troy A because Troy B went my session which was later in the day.

Re: PICTURES, SCORES, VIDEOS!!!

It was not Mason, but it was a team that did finish in the top six in the event.
The team was Montgomery (not sure if it was A or B) and they placed either 2nd or 3rd.

Another question, what would be the best way to distinguish between PP and LDPE as they behave similarly in most density tests and have similar appearances?

For the Nationals test, does the Woz set up slides with hair on microscopes, or do we have to prepare slides with hair they give us?
