Will water quality have only two years of rotation or three?
I noticed that water quality was in the years 2012, 2013, 2014,
and I was wondering why saltwater was the next topic, because 2012 and 2013
both covered freshwater. I am assuming that the year of 2014 covered saltwater.

When was saltwater a topic in which years for Water Quality? I checked through the 2012, 2013, and 2014 rule manuals for water quality, and I haven't found anything related about saltwater. Are there any other years that go over saltwater? Isn't it estuaries or marine or whatever? Those are saltwat...

(Just so that you wouldn't have to worry about doing two events at the same time)
