Re: Where to put the ping pong ball?

Thanks.
Which one works better?
Putting it in the nosecone and then detaching, or simply placing it on top?
I will probably experiment with both.

Re: How do you guys form your cheat sheets?

How do you guys organize your information? I am using boxes for Designer Genes but I am struggling. The problem with boxes is that it leaves empty space because the amount of content for each box in same row has to be similar. Also, how do you guys manage to put so much information on 2 pages? Re: Where to put the ping pong ball?

If you were to put it on top of the rocket, could your nose cone have a hole on top that allows the ping pong ball to be placed on it?
I know that the nose cone should be rounded and blunt.

Re: Designer Genes C

You should probably know aminoacyl synthetase and peptidyl transferase. It would be a good idea to know that ATP binds to the tRNA activating enzymes to attach amino acid to tRNA, leaving ATP to become AMP.

Re: Negative Mindset (Stress, Pressure)

Thank you so much for the support on this forum!
I think talking to the club advisor might help.
I guess pressure and stress can be a positive thing. Just the right balance is needed.

Re: Protein Modeling C

How do you guys study for CRISPR aside from the cbm msoe website and the research papers? I tried one of the invitational tests at home but I had no idea what was going on. CRISPR is a pretty new topic so i wouldn't find it in the textbook.

Re: Designer Genes C

Does anyone know what I should study for the topic “Molecular Consequences of Mutations”? This is my first time on this event and I just got put into it literally two days ago with no prior notes or help. My competition is right after the end of break so I’m kindaaa freaking out right now. Thanks! ...
