Re: Astronomy C

Hmm, I'm not sure, for me the mathematics within a lot of astronomy was intuitive, but that was probably due to my mathematical-physics-chemistry background (I mean, logs don't seem that bad when you're dealing with integrals and third derivatives). ... Eh, 10th grade me struggled with trig and suc...

Re: Astronomy C

you get really big cheat sheets so make the most of it and gather as much about the stuff it lists that you need to know. Also, the test asked about specific stars so learn a bit about those. lmao I get how the tests are at local/state, last year I was 6th in Illinois state so I'm just a bit salty ...

Re: Illinois 2020

https://news.uillinois.edu/view/7815/807159 Illinois state universities are indefinitely postponing all events with upwards of 50 ppl effective March 13th. Ok. So one of two things will happen. ISO cancels state now. Or they will wait until April to see what the situation is like. I'm leaning more ...

Re: Protein Modeling C

Well you caught me off guard... haha logically glutamic acid would donate protons at a high pH causing negative charge? What JMol command would be used to calculate structural supports? Bonus: calculate these for the protein 2MJ1.pdb

Re: Illinois 2020

Just curious-- is Illinois the only state that does A/AA divisions at state? I really want to say no, but that might just be because I'm so used to the Illinois system. I'm sure some other state must have adopted it, but I haven't found anything yet from places like NY and SoCal. Sorry for the non-...
