I love it. Absolutely no changes to what are undoubtedly the best WS rules ever written.
Nothing is more fun than having a pile of broken propellers after each practice.

Re: COVID-19
COVID-19 will probably go in a history textbook or two, but I wonder if all the dumb reactions we all had will go in those textbooks as well, or simply be forgotten with time... then again, things on the internet last. Like with the Black Death we know about bloodletting and plague masks and other ...

Re: COVID-19
Has anyone else found that there are actually more people walking outside than ever before? When I go out for a walk I have to cross the street about 10 times every mile on average to maintain social distancing  . (Note that I live in a suburban setting) I've kinda noticed that too. When I go ...

Re: Tweaks for 2021
I think if the SO board is against increasing the limit for the stab they should at least increase the limit for the prop. Many teams this year just cut down larger props to 8cm, and many teams probably still have spare props to cut down. Custom props are also not expensive at all to make, so this w...

Re: Tweaks for 2021
I agree that the most important change would be to increase stab size to around 37-40% of wing area. This one change would make the airplane trimmable. And, yes, the very small propeller was going a bit too far, in my opinion. With a prop spinning at around 2,400 rpm, many teams found that prop dam...

Re: Replaying Events for 2021
TL, DR: PPP, Detector, Protein changes, update to bird list 10 trials between B/C which will become events in the future, and will work with state tourneys to host these trials. Reasoning: reduces cost, no nats, unable to collect data/info, reuse of scheds and resources. 350 tourneys happened, 100 ...

Re: Replaying Events for 2021
Hm, I'm curious... by tweaks and adjustments does it mean focused on fixing issues more in the spirit of FAQs/rules clarifications or more similar to modifying rules in the spirit of a compromise between replay and rotation(e.g. add new topics, change sections)? I don't think we quite know yet but ...
