I've Lost All my Motivation. Help!

So the past couple of months I've seen myself go from going to all practices to making up excuses to not go to most, and I don't know what to do to get back on track. Personally, I don't like my coaches or the events I'm being put in and it's really put me in a slump. I want to quit but I keep telli...

Re: Indiana 2020

oops. good luck everyone, but for Division B it's Wilbur Wright winning in a landslide.
Any specific reasons? What happened to RP and TJ?
I think he is talking about the Raymond park Invite and I know that TJ aren't going to that and I dont think that RP is competing.

Re: Indiana 2020

2 things. 1, it was South not North. 2, 24 points really is not that much in the grand scheme of things, especially when you consider Carmel also took 3rd. Oops buddy, honest mistake... Either way, BHS North didn't stack and from the who I talked to at Whiting, they were also missing a lot of peopl...

Re: Ornithology B/C

In my opinion, Sibley's is better for learning how to identify, while peterson's has a bit more information, but identification is not as well. Honestly I would say that Sibley's 2nd edition is better. I've seen Peterson's and it seems very lacking in infomation. Just in general use a binder. Field...

Re: Anatomy and Physiology B/C

Hey I was wondering how you guys format your anatomy notes. With one sheet there's not much room for error, so usually, I will divide my first page (or the top page) into 4 different sections and put it into a smaller font (6-9 usually will work) and type out what things cant be memorized or if I h...

Re: Prebuild kit length

Hi Everyone! I've discovered a dilemma. Ok, so the prebuild is 5keg.pdb, right? It's residues 31-145. That means there are 115 residues (including the first one, 145-31= 114, plus one is 115). That means, at the standard scale of 2cm per amino acid, I should need 230 cm. However, the kit is only 22...

Re: Protein Modeling C

regional level is just graded on backbone right?
Yes Invites and Regionals are based on just the backbone for state and nationals refer to rule 4.b.iii.2/3 in the protein modeling rules.

Re: Ornithology B/C

...by copying and pasting. I do copy and paste (from Wikipedia and allaboutbirds). I think the issue here is how long I spend on formatting the information. Whoops. Isn't it hard to format a huge block of text you copy from Wikipedia/find stuff you may need in that large block of text? Actually I d...
