I'm unsure of what to expect for a riegonals lab. Any suggestions of good lab practice. I've seen many types of lab's at several competitions like simple resistance of resistor, and voltage drop; but also things I've never heard of like an R2R ladder until the test (Solon). I just needed an opinion...

I've always used arduino because that's the same design that I used back when this was a trial, and it's accurate while being fairly simple to make.

The ES at Solon (who is the NES) didn’t let us see the temperature reading on our calibration thermometer, and those readings were taken immediately after we read out what our device said when we thought it was ready

Granted, but while they’re easier to draw, you get much worse at drawing them.

I wish my eyes didn’t decide to water every time a stray gust of air hit them (my friends often thing I’m about to cry bc of this).
