So, I'm new to this and my teacher is making me write a list of materials and tools I need for each event. Can anyone tell me what I need for this one? I was wondering about the new 2 inch or less binder rule. Is the measurement defined as the width of the spine or the diameter of the rings? Because I always thought it was width of the spine but apparently its actually the diameter of the rings.
