Re: Scioly Assassination 146: A Superstore By Any Other Name

There are only a few people on the forums who use t...

If I recall correctly, our 6th place ribbons are pink. But other than that, it seems like its pretty standard. The other thing is that 1-3 medals are usually the same pairings of color and fake metal (blue + gold, red + silver, white + bronze).

Please let me know asap if I'm missing something. Cell Biology is not an event this year, but I believ...

Re: Ornithology B/C

Hello again, all. So, I've figured out what information to get, but I'm having trouble figuring out the best format. In other words, I have organization of information pretty well figured out, but I'm a bit hung up on format. How do you all, or how would you all, suggest I organize my binder for max...

Re: Your Daily Random Comment

The nearest Fry's is 107 miles away, and Orvac appears to be in California... Hobby Town's website says they've got 'em, but the defunct location near me was always a small store... I'm thinking of doing something with motherboards, since we've got a lot of those... Yeah...whenever I need stuff lik...

I've stopped going to Fry's too, they've started to lose suppliers and it's so empty at my local one. I've started going to Orvac Electronics. The best thing near me hobby lobby :(. Amazon is my only option really. The nearest Fry's is 107 miles away, and Orvac appears to be in California... Hobby ...

Re: Experimental Design B/C

TheyMysteriousMapMan IHateClouds, I would argue that CVs and constants are not the same (they are scored differently in the rubric, for this reasoning, with the example of dropping something with a parachute attached: CV (Controlled Variable): Something that you can actively change, but you are set...

Re: Experimental Design B/C

MissAmagasaurus said: I can't help you with 2 since I don't do the math sections, but I can help with 1! A controlled variable is something in the experiment that you are not changing, but you could for a different experiment. For example, if you were doing an experiment on dropping a ball from dif...
