Re: Fossils B/C

That particular specimen only has 3 points at the end of the leaf. I have never seen an acer with less than 5. It's definitely not surefire, but that's my last resort before guessing between the 2. I’ve seen Acer with three lobes but I’ve only ever seen Platanus with five lobes. I don’t think there...

Re: Fossils B/C

Per twig from a few pages ago. He mentions more than just where they branch, and I think he does a good job explaining. How many times do I have to answer this? (this is probably my 4-5th time answering the same question, so don't ask this again) Look at the veins. Platanus has 3 main veins that br...

Is there any way to distinguish between the leaves of Acer and Platanus if the base of the leaf where the veins branch is not given?

I personally would like more protists... but I sorta have a feeling that I’m the minority when it comes to that. Also more invertebrates (but again, probably more people pref...

Re: Fossils B/C

Thanks guys! What are the equations for speed and dimensionless speed? I just need to figure out the equations for speed and dimensionless speed using the variables of track length, stride length, and leg length. (I have absolutely no clue how to do this and since last year it was tested, might as ...
