Wouldn't, in the ideal world, the best plan be to have every state competition on the same day and everyone gets the same tests and the same events and then send the best teams throughout the country on to nationals.

It better, I got stuck with variable stars for the three years I was on the team and I'm sick of them now.

Now is there any limit as to the amount of 'teams' from each school are allowed to compete in this new pilot event. It seems to be that anyone from the school can compete and doesn't have to be on the team. I wonder because alternates can compete in trial so it seems anyone from the school can compe...
