A string should have counted. What did they say as the reason it didn't count?

Also with the balloons you may want to make sure the popping is shielded. We got penalized when a piece of our popped balloon exited the boundary of our device.

We tried, we confronted them two times, visually showed them. They said basically for the vehicles in the top, it didn't matter, but they would look into it.... I suppose that a sand or water clock would work if you used enough water in a tower that was high enough, though it would still be hard to measure to .1 second or compensate for "loss of pressure" causing a decrease in flow rate. That doesn't need to be compensated for. As long as you add...
