Yea, I like it though.

The five events that are a no go came out today.

1. Junkyard Challenge
2. Disease Detectives
3. Technical Problem Solving
4. Disease Detectives
5. Remote Sensing

**Does anyone know if we're competeing in 18/20 events or if each team has to do all 20.

Re: Env. Chem. Rules

Just so you know, Environmental Chem, as a trial last year, was also very vague. It's just a matter of studying everything all of chemistry and all of environmental.

Hey everyone!

Anyone know what 20 events they're doing at the regional? This year we have to do all and my coach hasn't heard anything about which events will be there.

Re: Weighting ACL and AP classes

Hello Everyone!

Great feedback so Far!

If you could also post the name and location of your school that would also be a great help!

Also, what is CP?

Thanks,
Your fellow Science Olympian

Western Long Island, NY

Just a discussion where Western Long Islanders can just hop on the computer and talk with one another. I mean 60 teams in one regional, there has to be someone on this website from Western Long Island other than me haha.

Re: What State and Region are you guys in?

Another Western Long Islander! WOOH!

Just noting for everyone, be lucky of some of the regionals or district competitions you compete in to get to states. In Western Long Island alone the amount of teams tops out around 60!!!!! 60 teams for 7 or 8 spots . . .

ITS ALWAYS ABSOLUTE MADNESS!
