This is almost certainly wrong, but is it the Pitch Pine? It's the only 3-needled pine on the PA list and I don't have field guide access right now, so it's just a guess.

I apologize for breaking the chain of pines, but since the PA list has relatively few pines I need to practice angiosperms.

This one should be gotten quickly.

Call me crazy, but I think it's a hemlock. Yew leaves are more tapered and have a little point at the end.

On a side note... the list Alpha posted for the PA tree list is the same one as the national list. Is that a mistake, or do we just have to learn the entire national tree list? Uh...I'm not Alpha. The NJ state tree list is UNBELIEVABLY short.... http://njscienceolympiad.org/content/events/2012treelist.pdf I have nothing to say... That's ridiculous. Exactly how much can you ask about 20 trees? That's awful. Most competitions have more than 20 stations, so there would be a zero margin of error...
