As Game On is a trial event, the rules aren't up to the same level of officiality (that's not a word) of the real events. I think we can all agree that Science Olympiad > FRC, though. I have friends who do First Lego League, and one who does FRC.

On the subject of having events dropped/being moved to trial, the SoCal state tournament this year had Can't Judge a Powder made a trial event, and Metric Mastery didn't count, if I remember correctly.

Our Water Quality proctor (B/C) was also MIA at Regionals last year. However, there was NO test, so the event was dropped.
