Re: Indiana 2018
I think it's cute that you think Carmel has a chance at beating Munster this year. Munster is the equivalent of TJ in Div C, placing 6th at Nationals (overall) at its best, where Carmel's best is not even close. Additionally, Munster has dominated regionals every year so I wish Carmel luck. I think...

Re: Indiana 2018
Gyms are nearly impossible to claim since there's always some sort of sporting thing going on and the Dad's Club/youth leagues have every gym booked year round. That makes getting space for flight events hard (unless its heli). Freshman cafeteria if not one of the gyms? <sorry about my double posti...

Re: Indiana 2018
The weekend I would shoot for would be the 2nd weekend in Dec. It is still far enough away from the Holiday that folks would go, but not in conflict with another Invite. We need our Invites to spread out more in terms of dates as to give more teams more chances to participate. East Chicago Central ...

Re: Indiana 2018
As a state, more Invitationals in the Central/Southern part of the state would go a long way towards helping recruit those schools. We agree. Perhaps at state, a poll of how many schools would go to an invitational in Indianapolis would be helpful, and then like Ohio, do it at one of the schools. C...

What about Lake Central?Ender1982 wrote:Predictions for State Top 5:

4.) Tri-North
5.) Chesterton
I also think there’s tossups between Whiting, Northridge, Valpo, and John Addams.

Glad they figured that one out. Anyone know why it was cancelled in the first place?SciNerd42 wrote:PU Northwest. It's just been postponed to Whiting High School on the same day as Butler.

Re: Indiana 2018
Idk for Div C I think you shouldn't count Lake Central or either of the Bloomingtons out. All five (Munster, Carmel, Lake Central, Bloomington North, Bloomington South) are very strong teams, and honestly, at this rate, the exact order that the top five comes out to at State could vary wildly betwe...

Re: Disease Detectives B/C
Check out Cy-Falls 2015, pg 13 for Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel tests. Very few tests are written with CMH in it. This is a national treasure :P If you don't have access to the test let me know. Wright State 2015 (end section of test) and Cornell 2016 (q 20-25) are also good on general statistics. Again...
