Re: Invasive Species B/C

I've actually recently been researching this as well, and I must say that you're right. And, the images on google don't necessarily help to put the research into context (differing/confusing images). However, I've done minimal research, and have only looked into the 'cycles' and function of the per...

Re: Invasive Species B/C

I never realized just how complicated fungal reproduction is :| Honestly... Another (double-post) one! I've actually recently been researching this as well, and I must say that you're right. Re: State Tournament Results

To those interested: There was a non-formal revision to the final score in Idaho Division B. Re: How Hard is it to Win Nationals???

I've never won a medal at the national competition (I've only attended once), but I do know several people on this site who have medaled and are still quite frequent posters on the forums. It seems to be that many of those who are posting on the quiz and event threads are very committed to learning ...

Re: 2016 Swap Meet

I recall that last year a girl on my team traded her school bag to hold all the items for a fossil which she then gave to me. People then subsequently tried to trade me obscure business souvenirs from their state... This year I actually want to meet some of the people on this site (last year I just ...

Re: SORA- The Scioly Ornithological Research Association

Is it bad that I already have notes saved for this event? :|?

Honestly super excited for rocks and Ornithology (I really want to do Herpetology too, though... Grr...).
