Re: Biplanes

i would tend to disagree with cons #2, i dont think its too hard to try and i def dont think its not worth trying at all....
especially since the kits make it available to use with easy to follow instructions in the form of a video/packet its a tad easier on the builder

Re: Pennsylvania 2020

Looks like a pretty good split. Three(-ish, do we even count Penncrest anymore?) top teams in SS (the smaller one) and two in SN (the larger one). woah watch what you say abt penncrest, theyre still an amazing team!!! Agreed, I wish they weren't that good so we could make states more easily rip

Re: Rule 5c

I do it with a sharpie. Do NOT press too hard. It'll take a while to do it correctly but do it slowly. I used to do it with spraypaint, with sectioning off the rib bay and spraying from 2 or 3 feet, but that, unfortunately, doesn't seem to work anymore with the rules. Light pressure, go slow. I dar...

Re: Wright Stuff C

You guys all quoted the pics so now I can see them everywhere, lol. I tossed the 2 blade props in favor of a series of 3 blade props with the tips at 30, 40, and 50 degrees. The 50 degree runs the longest but there's just a lot of drag so IDK if it's any good. The 30 degree prop: https://i.imgur.co...

Re: Wright Stuff C

My school blocks the images but after I get off and refresh they show up. i like only use my school laptop sooo...

Re: Wright Stuff C

We're gonna stick with 1/16" rubber and tweak the motor length and props, no stripper. The school gym is empty on Sundays and there's usually something going on elsewhere in the building so that solves our gym access problem. We flew the plane pictured on the previous page all day yesterday and we ...
