Re: Thermodynamics B/C

Whoops, didn't see the second question. Why are some qualities represented by capital letters and others lowercase. Give 3 examples of each. Some qualities are represented in capitals and some lowercase to create less confusion in which symbol represents what. For example, T represents temperature ...

Re: Circuit Lab B/C

2 amps seems too high... that's a 12 ohm resistor, so that would require 24 volts across it. The only voltage sources are 12 V and 4 V, so I'm not sure how they got that answer either. I agree; the answer is definitely not 2A. This problem is kind of tricky in that blindly following the KVL and KCL...

Can someone explain this to me? The answer is 2 amps but I have no idea how to get that answer. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FDlON7 ... sp=sharing

How do you find the strength of an electromagnetic field?

What would be the strength of the magnetic field if the electromagnet was 200 cm, has 10 amps running through it, and has 400 coils?
H=IN/L, 200 ampere per meter
Nice, your turn-

Re: Thermodynamics B/C

What were Clausius's and Kelvin's formulations of the Second Law of Thermodynamics? Clausius's formulation was "it is impossible for a self-acting, unaided by any external agency, to trader heat from a body at lower temperature to a body, at a high temperature. Kelvin's formulation was "i...

Re: Battery Buggy B

Would it be recommended to make the car faster or more resistance to force? In other words, should I have a gear train where the drive gear is smaller or larger than the driven gear?
