Re: Your Daily Random Comment

School is ending a week from today, but I'm missing the last few days for Nationals. I'm very excited for Nationals though. I'm worried that I won't make the team next year if I don't do well in my events. Also, I think the summer is going to be weird without practice nearly every day. I'd be...

Re: Unofficial Rankings C

Why is Carmel so high? I sincerely doubt they'll be able to beat Ward Melville, let alone make top 20. Well last year Carmel made Top 20 and they improved their state score plus while Ward's been doing well this year, I'd like to take into account more schools surging and having a good year than th...

Re: Unofficial Rankings C

About Columbia, I know you're probably basing this on invitational results, but their most recent competition was states. They were extremely consistent, only not medaling in one event. That's basically impossible at NY C states (they got a sub 100 score). If they are able to keep the same relative...

Re: Unofficial Rankings B

Wait Raymond Park exists... how have they been doing? I remember they had a strong score at state. They're a little bit worse than Tower Heights, Baker, Orlando Science, Solon and DW's JV team, and a little better than Slauson's unstacked teams, New Albany, Tower Height's JV team. (According to Cen...

Re: Science Olympiad Events 2019-2020

Elastic launched glider would probably be replaced by Aerial Scramber? EDIT: Aerial Scramble was a trial event at states. Definitely not - the ELG/Wright cycle won't change for a while, at least for B (i'm guessing they're removing heli from B and elg from C but don't quote me on that). Also, altho...
