...our first buggy, (we got 1st at regionals with it, didnt go to states yet), didnt get the 20 points for the center line...but we also didnt have an aliner. any good ways to make it go straight? also, if we make our own wheels, then how to cut them into perfect circles? we tried a circular saw.

I only get 700 mV on high, and I think the problem is the shape of my blades. I use two cardboard blades that have a somewhat gently round protrusion about two thirds of the way out and that is folded to an angle so that it can capture wind. For your design, do you guys use a triangular shaped prop...

We also have a 24-blade design that we haven't tested yet and a 8-blade that we haven't tested yet but we never thought of a two-blade. would the two blades be wide or...? Because two blades won't really take advantage of all the air.
