When the rules say mass, as in "the motor must move a mass for ten seconds," what do they mean? A mass weight or just anything that has mass?

I hate it when the strings of the parachute get tangled. Does anyone know how to avoid that? when i did it last year we went into not knowing what to expect and ended up using physics, chemistry, mapping skills and biology. It's difficult to study for it, so i just studied a little of everything.

I loved the movie October Sky. It was really good and got me into rockets. I haven't been able to even start on my rockets yet though.

boy, you guys did well compared to me! I got last in Trahectory , 35th in Egg-o-Naut and Elevated Bridge and 33rd in Technical Problem Solving. My team got 41st over all. At least it was better than last year. We only medaled in Write It Do It. (4th)

it takes my team six or seven hours one way. 12 to 14 hours on a school bus can be....interesting.
