East Coast and west Coast > rest of the US. Nobody cares about any of the middle states except Texas. Kansas and Minnesota < frog.

Did anyone actually go to the post-awards dance?

My team didn't bother. Instead, we got Coldstone, and then had a light rave in the common room of our dorm floor.

Good to hear.

I still don't feel like we missed much. We had crazy fun in our dorm, and bonded with the other team on our floor.

The post-award dance was okay, but we ended up going back to our room after a little bit. Now, what was really fun was partying with some kids from New Hampshire. (Merrimack HS, I think) till about 1 a.m.

Does anyone know if videos of the opening and awards ceremonies are going to be posted online anywhere? My parents missed seeing it live and would love to be able to watch it.

Were you in Sellery Hall? If so, then you're mistaken about who you partied with.
