Re: Mousetrap Vehicle B
I added a section to the Mousetrap Vehicle wiki, on how to build a vehicle in one night. Hope this will be helpful!

That should be fine, but I personally prefer latex balloon strips.SirBobo wrote:Hey, what are you guys finding that works the best for wheel grip on CDs? I am using electrical tape right now, is that good?

I'm not sure, although I would think that they will have a better grip.SirBobo wrote:Is there an advantage for using latex strips?illusionist wrote:That should be fine, but I personally prefer latex balloon strips.SirBobo wrote:Hey, what are you guys finding that works the best for wheel grip on CDs? Re: Mousetrap Vehicle B
Oh, you actually don't have to purchase them. Just take a regular old balloon (not the shiny helium ones, but the normal rubber ones) and while holding it flat on a table (no air in it), cut a horizontal strip about 1 inch wide from the center of the balloon. Once you do that, you'll have a loop/ring. Just put this over the outside edge of your CD's.

Re: Mousetrap Vehicle B
When you make your vehicle faster where do you attach tape to? The whole back axle? Parts of it?
